A federal grand jury in Detroit, Michigan indicted Mohamad Mustapha Ali Masfaka with attempted naturalization fraud, making false statements to FBI investigators and immigration officials, and perjury.
According to U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement (‘ICE’), Mafaka could get 23 years in prison and $750,000 in fines if he’s convicted of all charges.
The indictment accuses him of lying to ICE and FBI agents during the Holy Land Foundation terror investigation in Dallas.
